Jane Tumas-Serna and I are hoping to honor for March the past and
present women and girls that have been or are a part of our FUUSM
family.  We started a banner in October for National Domestic Violence
month and plan to re-design it so that FUUSM women and girls can add
their photos (and key words to describe themselves - teacher, farmer,
activist, grandmother etc.) on the redesigned banner.  We're also hoping
that you will have some women from our long history that could be added
as well.

Please let Jane know if you have something to contribute or are willing
to contribute someone from our FUUSM history.  We can add photos
throughout March so there's no strict deadline although we'd like to be
able to make the banner look good by March 1st. We'll be back with you
about how this will work and when you can join us to add the photos etc.
to the banner.

Also, if you know of someone who would be good to add to the banner
don't hesitate to let us know or ask them to participate. We know that
if each of you thinks about it there are some wonderful women to honor
in this way.  We can't do it without you.
