[Green] Fwd: budget requests due for next fiscal year (july2020)

OK.  I understand that concept but I'm wondering if we are free to 
obtain advertisers or donors for any of our projects.  I'm just thinking 
ahead about possibilities - challenges and opportunities.  Annie
