[Green] Green Sanctuary Committee meeting August 16; Call for agenda items

I am wondering if we don't want to just set up a subcommittee now so the
time involved in talking about the forum on Sun. doesn't take away from
all of the things going on that are more immediate.  We have about seven
months to pull things together and it makes sense to have a subcommittee
doing that and reporting back.
