[Green] Come Hell or High Water

I don't think people in Turkey Creek were originally aware of the long term
consequences either.  Not until the ramifications became evident with
flooding and the continued threat of expansion of Gulfport development that
threatened takeover of their homes.  And the outspoken leadership of a man
like Derek.
