[Green] Several things: Survey, and frack-waste barge permit request i

Dawn,

I certainly support your effort to petition the USACE to hold a public
meeting for this permit.  I am hoping to put together  letter to the editor
myself this week (addressing this at a little different angle) and will
provide comment to the USACE.

The survey looks great.  Thanks for all you do.
