[Green] Several things: Survey, and frack-waste barge permit request i

Search "Deep Rock barge Marietta Ohio" for a description of the facility.
(You can only access the site 3 times, so print a PDF of the article.)  It
is an existing facility that could easily be modified for this purpose.
Note that this is an off-loading facility.  Drilling wastewater from all
over would be barged here, offloaded to existing storage tanks, then loaded
onto tanker trucks and taken to deep well injection sites.  Likely to come,
more deep injection wells in our area ...  more water aquifer
contamination.  I plan to write a letter.
