[Green] an idea

I was thinking that whatever we post (garden photos, group photos,
bouquets, photos of the tours/yard sale/headlines) would be related to
earth day, and perhaps then someone could collect the posted images as
they happen and put them all together as a meme/poster to be shared at
the end of the celebration. Just thinking out loud about how to bring
people together virtually.
At Blue Rock Station I've managed to do a little bringing together by
reaching out to 35 of our former interns to view the new Blue Rock
Station virtual tour and talk to each other about their common experiences.
After they looked at the virtual tour they decided they wanted to revive
our Free School so now they're meeting on Sundays at 5 pm est. to teach
each other things like basic cooking, sewing, bike repair and survival
techniques (fire starting and first aid). None of them are teachers but
they are gifted at teaching so this has made everybody feel good.
I had a note from one of them saying that the virtual Blue Rock Station
made them feel like they were connected in a big way to our everyday
life right now.
That's what I was hoping we could do in a small way with the Earth Day
celebration list that Rebecca started. Sorry to be late in thinking
about it.
