[Green] Who is going to Just Dinner?

I hope to be there, but doubt that I can make it in time to set up (ushering my loved one to medical appointments in afternoon)…   I hope to bake  the popular “Shaker Ginger Snaps”.. but can’t guarantee that at this time! 
Got some organic butter to make them Great! …    Not too excited about using the oven in this heat,… but looks like a cooler day today and tomorrow— so …….  I’ll keep you in suspense!
