[Green] GSC June meeting minutes and call for agenda items

Friends, 

This is the second Sunday of July, which means the Green Sanctuary Committee will meet this coming Sunday after service. Attached are minutes from our June meeting. Please read and prepare to approve or amend at our meeting.

In reviewing them, I remembered (for the first time since that June meeting) that we planned to have a ZOOM teleconference on July 9 to virtually discuss the Sustainability Forum. I spaced it completely. Why oh why didn’t I put it on my calendar during that meeting?!?  I’m so sorry. 

Andrew Clovis and Annie Warmke: Will you be at the GSC meeting Sunday? If not, any chance we could ZOOM you in for the meeting?

We DO need to start working on the Sustainability Forum plans. 

Also, we are planning a Just Dinner for August 2. It has been announced in the Confluence, so we’re probably committed to that date. And that’s great, produce-wise. But the timing isn’t great for following dinner with a Climate ChangeTheater Action, which calls for events September 15-December 21. So, do we have another Just Dinner in, say, October? Or do we consider a Climate Change Theater Action separate from a Just Dinner?

Other agenda items? I’m certain I’ve forgotten several things (as usual). Please send them to me by 7 p.m. Thursday, July18.
