Darryl offers excellent ideas for River Trail Clean Up in E. Muskingum Park. It is the heaviest used part of the trail,  9,700 people per month during survey 5 years ago. I have trash picker upers which saves bending over. I also welcome calls 740-525-1833 about any safety issues on trail. UUs also could work with Roger Patterson to get MC ATO fraternity reengaged.  Let me know how I can help. Some of 15 friends groups are active, some not so. Roger

Dawn, Since we have the clean-up responsibility of a section of the walking/biking path in Muskingum Park, may I suggest we create a clean-up team schedule for that.  Basically x people on a team, signing up for once a quarter duty.  Example: 4 people per team, 6 teams, half month duty periods.  I know I would be happy to commit to a schedule ... then I can plan on doing it and not worry about it until my turn again.  As it is now, I think our effort is not organized, so we are just hoping somehow the clean-up is getting done. Thanks for listening,Darryl From: Patty via Green Sent: Sunday, January 13, 2019 9:57 PMTo: Green Sanctuary List for Environment Issues Cc: Patty Subject: Re: [Green] Call for agenda items I will be out of town this coming weekend Saturday I’ll miss the dinner and meeting. Sorry.  I’m taking my kids and grandkids skiing/snowboarding and swimming etc. Should be fun!  Patty

Friends,   I hope to see ALL of you on Friday for the Just Dinner!  I’ll be bringing a mostly local vegetarian main dish.  We’ll start grazing at 6, but I hope some of you will help me set up at 5:15-ish. It’s always a treat—the food is delicious and abundant, and the company and conversation is interesting and fun!    The January Green Sanctuary meeting will be Sunday, January 20, at approximately 12:30 p.m. I hope you’ll be there!     Here’s what I know we need to discuss:
   - Just Dinner post mortem
   - Plans for setup and clean up of Jan. 25 Solar Overview class
   - Gardening Classes in February —Andrew
      - Publicity
      - Schedule

   - Solar installer class class March 18-22:
      - Publicity
      - Set-up and cleanup
      - Shari will organize providing lunches
      - Scholarship: Soliciting applications and deciding upon recipients

   - Social Justice Sunday on Citizens’ Climate Lobby follow-up— Dave Ballantyne
   - RE Building energy efficiency update —Dave Ballantyne
   - Plans for February 17 meeting: I need someone to call for agenda items & create an agenda
   - Green Tips for February
What have I forgotten, or is there anything else we need to discuss? Please send me additional items by noon Saturday, January 19.   Thanks for being on the Green Sanctuary Committee!   See ya Friday, and then again Sunday, I hope!   —dawn
