[Green] solar installer updates

For now we have one registrant with 2 1/2 weeks to go.  We can take 
students up to the morning of the class, and believe it or not we've had 
people show up at that point.  I know there are some scholarships.  
Should we be promoting that at this end?  I am confident we will have 
enough students.  We have had several people call for information so 
that's a good sign.  Since it's an expensive class people often wait 
until the last minute to pay. We are happy to take a deposit so if 
someone needs a little time to come up with the remainder we understand 
how that works.  Annie
