[Green] GSC minutes from December meeting, and more

Dear Green Friends,

The decision seems to be unanimous: Hoping that it still suits Jay and Annie Warmke, we’d like to hold the Solar Installer workshop April 6-10 instead of the week before. 

Thanks to all who voted!!  

Attached are the minutes of tour December 15 GSC meeting. (Thank you, Adeline!) I amended them a bit to note that I WILL be here to chair the January meeting after all. I thought I’d be leaving town for work on Sunday, January 19, but instead, I’m not leaving until January 21. Thanks to Mike Bailey for his willingness to chair when neither of the co-chairs would be present. Or so we thought.
