[Green] Recycling at Road Races

FUUSM Green Colleagues:

   Pursuant to our discussion at the Green Sanctuary meeting on Sunday, I contacted Joe Corra, Director of the River City Runners and Walkers organization. about our offer to collect recyclables at road races. I told him that we could not do all races but would do as many as we can.

    He responded that he will inform race organizers of our offer, and they will contact  us (me).

    We'll see how many we hear from.

     I do know the director of the winter series sponsored by RCR&W. these are four races from December through March. We can probably do those.
