Thanks for the agenda items, Dawn.
Jim Grecni and I can report on the two meetings of a sub-committee of Buildings & Grounds that will have taken place by June 17. Jim, Joe Baker, Kim McMichael, Dave Ballantyne, and I are on that sub-committee. As you and I discussed on the phone this group is aiming to set up an energy-efficiency plan for both FUUSM buildings. This panning represents a collaborative effort of B&G and Green Sanctuary.

I hope you are all aware that our meeting Sunday will be at 11:45, immediately following our picnic at the Parkersburg City Park picnic shelter, and that we’ll aim for the shortest-ever GSC meeting so that anyone can go to the interfaith prayer service at noon.
Here’s what we don’t need to discuss: Invitations to the September 13, 2018, Candidate Forum on the Environment have been mailed. So far, I’ve received three RSVPs: From Jim Raney, Taylor Sappington, and Shawna Roberts. Friends of the Lower Muskingum River was happy to sign on as co-sponsors. At the July15 GSC meeting, we’ll brainstorm the format & etc.
Now, for the agenda:
Approval of the minutes of the June 17 meeting
A brief update on decisions regarding making the RE building more energy efficient?
Chris Jacobs will do Green Tips for OOS for July.
Please visit the MOVCA booth at the multicultural fest.
Anything else URGENT that we must discuss? Please let me know by Thursday, June 14 at 7 p.m.
