Dear Green Friends,

1. At today’s Winter Gardening Series classes, participants donated $41.35 toward our Solar Match Fund. When the Faithify campaign is live, I’ll contribute $31.35 that way (using my own credit card and pocketing the cash). $10 contributed today came by check to FUUSM, with Solar Match Fund in the subject line, so I’ll deposit it in the collection plate next week. You’re just going to have to trust me that I’m being honest about all this. 

2. Tim and I made a three-minute video to go with the Faithify campaign. It’s not professional, and it’s not great, but it’ll do, I think. I’ve posted it on Youtube. Please take a look at it and let me know if you think I should change anything—especially if, like, I’ve misspelled anything in the titles, or misspoken.  I’ve uploaded it to youtube. 3. Ann Bragg and her husband Andy Garcia have signed up for the Just Dinner on Feb. 16, so we still have room for nine more people. Jan Adams expressed interest, but with no commitment. 

4. During the announcements today, I misspoke. I said that the Just Dinner was a fundraiser for the Solar Match Fund. I was wrong. It’s for the general fund—something I advocated at a Green Sanctuary Committee meeting a few months ago. So, I’ll let Ann and Andy know that. I suspect they’ll still be willing to attend anyhow.

I think that’s all, for now.  Please let me know what you think of the video.
