Thanks for your update, Dawn.

In answer to some of your questions:

-I can pick up the money from you for the Just Dinner (tonight at Reading Club??) and deposit it in the safe.

-Yes, I vote that we should renew the two memberships that you mentioned.

-Regarding our Faithfiy Campaign, I think we should encourage all FUUSM people to mention it on Facebook to all their friends with the link to faithify.org. Not ask FUUSM people to contribute just to spread the word.

-I think that we should have a role in the April 22 service. We need some actual f2f discussion on that issue..

-I think we should plan a field trip to Blue Rock Station. Annie and her husband offered a trip with amenities at our Service Auction this past fall.

-I think that it would be difficult to arrange for an Ohio candidate to go to WV. Others may have some ideas.

Tucked securely into my choir folder I have $60 in checks and $140 in cash collected Friday evening. I’ll turn it in to George or Steve Meyer or Linda Lawton or Kat or Shari ASAP (although I won’t be in church Sunday).

I think we do, but we really ought to vote on this expenditure of funds. Do we want to make a donation to MOVCA or Keep Wayne Wild? Should we hold of until the March 18 meeting to vote on this?

She is a new friend of FUUSM, and would like to get involved with Green Sanctuary, but it’s far from here, and her livestock and other obligations mean she can’t come every Sunday, and probably can’t help too often with local events. But she is a dynamo of energy, and has some great ideas for projects for us. I spoke to her during coffee hour a few weeks ago, and man! How I wish she lived closer. But seriously, we need to take a field trip to see her farm!

MOVCA has proposed that they and we co-sponsor a candidate forum focusing exclusively on climate change and other environmental issues at their April 19 meeting in Parkersburg. I’m not sure we could get Ohio candidates to attend a candidate forum in West Virginia, but we could try.
