[Green] Publicizing the Solar Overview Class

I just reminded Chris of his responsibility, which he accepted.

I would think it would be great to include Pickering, because they may know
people who could be interested. And all engineers need to collect contact
hours for their licenses, so it wouldn't hurt to send the info to anywhere
there could be licensed engineers.

What about the county engineer's office? They are licensed and it would be
a good local opportunity for them to get their hours.
Chris says he will send it to the Washington Co. engineer and the district
ODOT office to pass along to others.
