[Green] Confusion of the dates over the Solar Installer class: Input needed

I thought this was settled.  I don't care about whether it is Feb. or 
Mar. but the flyer said Feb. That's what has been floating around as far 
as marketing. Somebody decide because otherwise the marketing will not 
generate students and everybody will be confused, and at some point so 
will I.  :)  Annie
