[Green] Seeking approval for Candidate Forum flyer

I can appreciate everyone is focused on the candidate forum - well done 
all of you for putting this out there.  Are you using the social media 
platforms for the promotion as well.  Michele Wilson told me she is the 
person to contact on this, and is in charge for some portion of using 
it.  I think Facebook and Instagram, and maybe even twitter are good 
places for promotion and a great use of time because they have the 
potential to reach a lot of people.  Annie
