[Green] July GSC minutes

As promised!  

Don’t forget the Just Dinner on Friday, August. 19. I hope MANY of you will volunteer to arrive by FIVE to set up tables and chairs, set places, etc. 

Here’s who is bringing what:

George Banziger - vegetarian main dish
Gary Hamilton - wine 
Cindy Taylor - hummus, veggies, and gingersnaps
Kelcey Jacobs - salad
Dawn Hewitt  - ratatouille AND a meatloaf (from local, 100% grass fed and finished beef) (because that’s what Tim wants)
I’m hoping Dave and Shari Ballantyne will bring a blueberry dessert. (No pressure!) 

Everyone else who is reading this: You are VERY welcome to come!  We actively want you to come!  Please come! You don’t even have to bring an ethically sourced (whatever that means to you) dish to share, but if you are so inclined, that would be great. We’re really more interested in your thoughts and ideas. Bring some friends who might be interested in conscientious eating!
