Sorry to hear you and Jim won't be able to make it  Thanks for the donation though!  And just a plate or container is fine, we don't need indiv. baggies.  We're just asking for donations for food items.

Thank you Adeline for bringing foam coolers.  Are they deep enough to hold a 2L bottle of pop though?  I think that's mostly what I'll buy (several people donated money) since if I buy cans, it often ends up getting wasted.

 

I'm sure borrowing cups would be ok.  There were at least 3 volunteers who had plasticware, cups, etc. that they volunteered to donate.  I was going to try to stay away from that kind of stuff and set a good example by bringing paper plates, and hesitated about the cups, but I told those people at least we were getting it out of their house if they wanted to use it up that way.  

 

Dawn, I have bottles of water, but if you wouldn't mind my asking you to bring lemonade in your glass container that would be great!

 

Btw, I have access to ice already...
