[Green] Planning for Just Dinner

Friends,

I'm so grateful to those of you who are working so hard on this and pitching in, one way or another. Dawn Ellen W., thank you for jumping in! I plan to arrive as close to 4:30 p.m. as possible, but sheesh, I'm crazy busy at work, and tomorrow is my last day before being gone for a week. Oy. I suspect somebody with a key will arrive around 4 for set-up.

I'll be sending my four main dishes with Tim (who has been an amazing sous chef last night and tonight), along with reheating instructions.

Carol Goins called this evening requesting two tickets at the discount price. I agreed. So now, we're up to 52, I think. I will print out the list, and we ought to station someone at the door to collect payments from those who have RSVP'd but not paid.

Should we ask walk-ins to wait until all ticketed people are in and have first dibs, then let a limited number of walks in? I'm not advocating, just wondering if maybe we should.

Again, thanks to all of you.
