[Green] Planning for Just Dinner

Hi all,
Just now catching up on the just dinner-
 I'll be there early to set up, and can help with clean-up if the energy
holds out!
Instead of side dish-
I'll make some hummus and also bring cut-up organic carrots and peppers (if
I can find some)

This could be put out with appetizers, but also placed in the dinner
buffet, if there are left-overs.

And yes, I'll bake some Shake Ginger "chips"  for a dessert item.
