[Green] Picking a date for February Just Dinner as service auction item

The “problem” with the Just Dinner as a fund-raiser for the Solar Match Fund was that we didn’t have a firm head count, and feared a slew of walk-ins. We had just the right amount of food for a reasonably accurate head-count at last year’s Just Dinner/Service Auction. It brought in folks who don’t normally attend our Just Dinners, and we had a rousing discussion afterwards. So, we decided to offer it again, in February. Right?

Does the third Friday (February 16) work for everyone?  I’ll check with Chris, too, to see if the FH is available that evening.

Please let me know if you’re willing to help cook just and righteous food for 25 to 30 people, and whether February 16 suits you.
