[Green] Green Sanctuary Committee annual report

    Thanks for your work on this report. Some committees have reported on their activities during the fiscal year (July 1 - present),but you covered  12 months, albeit over two fiscal years. I guess that's OK. Let's go with it.


   The only edit I would mention is the spelling of Dave Ballantyne's last name.
