[Green] Minutes from September Green Sanctuary meeting; agenda for October meeting

Dear FUUSM Green Sanctuary Committee member,

Below, please find the agenda for Sunday’s GS meeting, to be held at 12:30 p.m. in the RE building’s parlor. 

1. Approval of the meeting minutes from the September 18 meeting (attached for your pre-meeting reading pleasure).
2. November Just Dinner can’t be third Friday, since November 18 is FUUSM Service Auction.
3. Update on solar panel installation.
4. Report on Groundswell Rising, to be screened October 15, the evening before the GS meeting. (SEE YA THERE!!)
5. Community meals: What are the responsibilities of the GS reps on each team?  
Letter to Thursday night group? Building-use contract clause re: recycling
6. News on “Evolutionary evangelists” Rev. Michael Down and Connie Barlow speaking locally? Adeline?
7. Any movement or news on MOV solar co-op? Mike
8. Any progress or volunteers to investigate ethical chocolate, and selling it at coffee sales table?
9. Any progress on finding a new place or storage system for recycling containers in fellowship hall? 
10. Reminder: Forum on Alternative Transportation is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, October 17, at Lafayette Hotel. If interested in attending, call Roger Kalter at 740-525-1833.
11. Service auction donation?
