[Green] Recycling bin, and winter garden series

Hi Dawn,

Well written, thanks.  I agree with the cart size - the 95 Gallon cart it probably the best size (compared to the smaller 65 gallon cart).

Just an FYI, most carts are 95-gallon, not 96 gallon. Just a tidbit of knowledge from my many years at the Solid Waste District.
