[Green] Recycling bin proposal

Dawn:

    Thanks for your work   on revising our recycling process. I understand what you're trying to do and basically  agree with the intentions. 

    Will it not work to collect the combined recyclables periodically (maybe once a month by someone from the GS Committee) and take it to the Recycling Center--rather than pay Rumpke $30/month for weekly pick-up.  We might be able to go 2-4 months without emptying a combined container of recyclables.

    Is your intention to address this request to the FUUSM Board (you mentioned "Council")? Since this involved a financial issue, it might better start with the Finance Committee.
