[Green] Pre-planning the February Just Dinner

Christmas Eve greetings, dear Green Sanctuary Committee member,

At our December 18 meeting, we decided to plan the February 17 Just Dinner ASAP. Remember, this dinner was a Service Auction item, and so far, 15 people (or something like that) have signed up to attend. I think we should invite others—perhaps in the February Confluence (charging $15 as auction sign-ups have already paid). 

So, we’ve got to put on the most delicious and socially and environmentally righteous meal EVER!

We’ll need volunteers for:
Set-up (5 p.m)
Food (What will you bring?)
Clean-up
Discussion facilitation.
I propose the topic of discussion be “Mindful Eating: What, Why, and How” (or something like that, since, presumably, many in attendance might not have given the topic much thought previously. We can continue this discussion at our January 15 GSC meeting.

Please let me know if you’ll be at the Just Dinner, and what you can contribute.
