[Fuusmchat] Pollinator Habitat redesign and free plants

Hello, all,

On Saturday, October 12, beginning at 9:00 AM, we will be removing many of the plants at the lower and upper edges of the habitat in preparation for lining those areas with shorter species. No plant identification skills required: all plants to be left in place will be clearly marked. All volunteers will need to do is dig out excess plants.

A bonus: plants you want for your own yard or habitat garden will be free for the digging. This is your chance to acquire healthy native plants for free!

Long pants and long sleeves are recommended. Bring your own shovel, trowel, digging fork, or other favorite implement.
