[Fuusmchat] Election self-care resilience kit

Okay, maybe this will be the last time I bother you with email this
morning, but this is important. Someone at some other UU church in
Indianapolis developed this "Election Self-Care" handout. If you want, you
can print it, fill it out, and hang it on your refrigerator to remind you
of your values, and how you want to respond to the election
results--regardless of the outcome.

It's an emergency preparation tool, and we can hope we won't need it, but
it seems to me to be a worthy endeavor of 15 minutes, just in case. This is
something you would do for yourself. No need to share or return or submit
or anything like that.

I'll try not to bother you any more today.
