Dear Joyce,

Here is an outline of golden ART! opportunities. You select what you 
want to assist with. Judy obviously is also welcome.

Sunday, April 30 12-2 pm Art intake. Work from 10 artists in hand. Other 
30+ will be bringing Art to sanctuary, need to fill out information 
page. Art will be moved into sanctuary. 3-D such as sculptures will be 
placed temporarily on tables. About 5 volunteers.

Monday, May 1 10 am to noon: begin arranging art displays in sanctuary 
and fellowship hall. About 8 volunteers.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: Same as Monday as needed to complete display.

Friday, May 5, 5:30-8 pm. Grand opening reception 6-8 pm. Great 
visitors, oversee sign in book, distribute Youth Art Program 
registrations, and ENJOY!!!! ART, music, fellowship. About 5 volunteers, 
and 3 musicians.

Saturday, May 6, 11:30 am to 4 pm (or less depending upon energy level 
with)  5-17 year old Youth Art Program. First 30 minutes for set up. 
Hoping for about 8 volunteers.

Sunday, May 7, Special coffee celebration honoring artist, animal and 
plant lover Cody J. Henderhan.
Just come and enjoy. We will serve you. Enjoy art, coffee, Jann Adams 
tour of 166-year-old church.

Let me know what works for you. You are welcome to take it day by day as 
energy and interest allows.
