I just listened to Maurice Ravel's Piano Concerto for the Left Hand on
WMRT. I once saw the Cleveland Orchestra perform it at Blossom Music Center
about thirty years ago. I don't remember who the pianist was. Amazing. It
was commisioned by Paul Wittgenstein, a concert pianist who lost his right
arm during WW-I. Instead of quitting in despair, he continued his career
despite his injury. Just one of many examples of "keep on keeping on!" If

where you can follow the score.
