I am thinking during this period about refugees in northwest Syria-about a million of them.

People in our country at this time are urged to do three things: wash hands frequently, contact your primary care doctor if you notice any symptoms of COVID-`9, and maintain social distancing. None of these is possible in a refugee camp.
