[Fuusmchat] Someone who sews?

Hello, I am seeking a referral to someone who does sewing, as in shortening the length of jeans and trousers for George and myself.

We also have a brown leather Barcalounger brand reclining chair with ottoman for sale. Gently used a few times. 
Want to sell for half price of $250 if you know of anyone (taller than us) who may be looking for furniture. It has dark wood pedestals on both pieces.
