*Community Read: Megillah*
Martha McGovern asked me to invite you to an online Community Megillah
Reading of Megillah, the Book of Esther, tomorrow (Tuesday) at 10:30 a.m.
Here's the blurb, and a link to register:
Join My Jewish Learning for a lively and informative Megillah reading. Rabbi
Moishe Steigmann will read the 10 chapters of The Book of Esther and give
us a detailed explanation of the story's plot and what it means for us as
Jews today. Whether this is your first time hearing the reading of the
Megillah or you are looking to find meaning in this raucous ritual, we look
forward to having you at this community Purim celebration! Register by

   11 a.m., Sunday service, sanctuary, Zoom and Facebook: Finding Our
   Purpose, Big Questions, Deep Conversations. Stephanie Thomas will share her
   story.
   -

   11 a.m., MOV Friends meeting (Quakers), RE parlor.
   -

   Coffee hour!  Social hall. Ends at 1 p.m.


*Save these Dates:*

   - *Saturday, March 14, 6 p.m., A recital, with Martha Webster and
   Randall Kidder, *FUUSM sanctuary. This is a 2025 service auction event,
   but for those who didn't sign up then, it's not too late. Those who paid
   for this event a year ago paid $30, but donations of ... whatever... will
   be accepted.
   - *Friday, April 24, 11 a.m., Margaret Fredericks' Celebration of
Life, *FUUSM
   sanctuary and social hall.
   - *Saturday, April 25: FUUSM's annual Service Auction!* It's time to put
   on your thinking cap and come up with something to offer for others to bid
   on!
   - *Sunday, May 17: FUUSM's annual meeting, *immediately following an
   abridged Sunday service.
