[Fuusm-l] Auction Volunteers Needed. And Something NEW.

The FUUSM Service Auction is Friday May 23rd, 6 PM - 10 PM

This year we are using new software to run the auction.  I am attempting to
learn and resolve any kinks with this software.  We need a few tech worthy
volunteers to assist in checking in, capturing winning bids, and collection
of payments.

A training session on the new software has been set up for Friday May 16th
at 6 PM.
Please contact me and Shari B. if you can volunteer and participate in the
training.

A couple of people will also be needed to assist with the setup of the
silent auction items.  We will have access to the Gathering place starting
at 2 PM.  Also help in moving out any unsold items or items sold online but
with pickup at a later date.  Contact me or Shari B.  if you can assist.

*About the New Auction Software - We are now Online!*

Cindy Brown is busily entering the auction items online.   It looks like a
great selection of items will be available.  Take a look at what's
available on line at www.32auctions.com/FUUSM.

When you take a look, you have the option of entering your email and
establishing an online account with 32Auctions.

If you set up an online account with 32Auctions you can place online bids
for items in the FUUSM Auction up until May 21st.  In addition, if you have
an online account, you can make your payments through 32Auctions.com. via
credit card (However, this option costs us about 8% of purchase price).

So If you can't make the auction,  you can still put in an online bid.  The
highest online bid becomes the starting price at the live auction event.
If no one at the live auction on the 23rd outbids you - you win.  You will
receive a winning bid notice via email and an invoice.  You can then pay
online, or send a check.   We are still working out the details as to how a
winning online bidder can pick up their item.
