A follow up to last week's snowman joke, courtesy of Marietta College
Astrophysics Professor and FUUSM friend Ann Bragg: Why did the snowman
think the cake tasted like boogers?

*BABY SHOWER for Lucy and baby Charles Fillipow Saturday!*
Women of FUUSM, please don't forget: You're invited to a baby shower for
Lucy Fillipow (and baby Charles)--Robin Bozian's daughter (and new
grandson) on Saturday, Feb. 1, at 2 p.m. in the FUUSM social hall. Finger
foods to share are welcome!

*Lost and Found at FUUSM*
Wendy the building steward found a lovely small silver pendant in the
social hall under a table. If it's yours, please see Dawn. Other lost and
found items include a tiny hoop pierced earring (or maybe a nose ring),
a post earring, four hats, a short strand of pearls, a plastic water
bottle, a travel mug lid, four hats, two pairs of reading glasses, and a
three-pack of liquid tears. If you've lost any of these, talk to Dawn. It
was carrot cake.

   2 p.m.,* Baby Shower for Lucy (and baby Charles) Filipow.* All FUUSM
   women are invited. Finger-food contributions will be appreciated.

   9:30 a.m., Choir practice, sanctuary.

   11 a.m., Sunday service, sanctuary. Beth Casebolt of the UUA
   Central-East Region, will provide the reflection: Riding the Roller
   Coaster of Change - Change is a fact of congregational life. But why do
   some folks always seem to know it’s coming and others always seem to be
   running to catch up?

   Coffee hour!  Social hall. Ends at 1 p.m.
