Members and Friends,

It is time for us to begin the process of recruiting and selecting a new
minister. As directed by the Transitional Ministry Handbook, the Board of
Trustees will select an Interim Search Team to proceed through this
process. The Board would like to query the congregation about what
qualities you would like to see in our minister, please respond to the
following questions to help the team target the minister that is right for
us.

Of the following traits, which is most important to you? (pick three or add
your own): Integrity, honesty, humor, compassion, vision, kindness,
empathy, stewardship, character, engagement

Would you like to see a more traditional or a more progressive minister?

Is it important to you to find someone who engages with the community?

Is it important to you to find someone with a great deal of experience or
would you be open to a minister that has not had as much life experiences?

Are there other traits, knowledge, or skills that you feel are important?

These comments will be collected and shared with the Interim Search Team.

Thank you for sharing your vision. We should have an Interim Search Team
selected in February that will assemble materials for the recruitment and
search, which will culminate in May for an April 1st start date.
