Why don't dinosaurs make good pets?

*ANNOUNCEMENTS *(lots of them)!
1. *NO GAME NIGHT TONIGHT*! Shari Ballantyne's game night has been canceled
tonight.
2. On Sunday mornings, PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN *ANY* OF THE HUNTINGTON BANK
LANES. We have their permission to park in their parking spaces, but they
have asked us not to block* any* of their lanes.
3. Because they're dead.
4. The Marietta Area Recycling Center is desperate for committed volunteers
for two-hour-per-week shifts, mostly doing cardboard. (Remember, our
beloved Brad Bond did cardboard there many hours per week.)  If  you can
help, please contact Ellen Bond (910) 639-9986 or Kathy Ortt (740) 373-3372.
It's important.
5. Trent Folger, who lives at Jaycee Estates (in Rathbone), who is 100%
blind, would like a ride to Sunday services. If you can help, please
contact the FUUSM office at 740-373-1238 or fuusm.office at gmail.com
6. Erase your calendar: FUUSM's annual Service Auction will not be May 16
after all.
7. Mark your calendar: FUUSM's annual Plant Sale will be May 17.
8. Hope to see you Friday evening at the Finance Committee's Chili Dinner!

   6:30 p.m., Shari Ballantyne’s game night, social hall. CANCELED.

   6 p.m., Men’s Group potluck, social hall. George Banziger will host.

Friday, February 21

   -

   5–10 p.m. , Chili dinner and home-grown entertainment, a FUUSM
   fundraiser sponsored by our Finance Committee. $12 per adult, children
   free; wine $2 per glass; bring your banjo, bagpipes, tuba, or tap shoes,
   and entertain us for 10 minutes!

Saturday, February 22

   9:30-10:30 a.m., Tai Chi for beginners, social hall (Darryl Ting)

Sunday, February 23

   -

   9:30 a.m., Choir practice, sanctuary.

   11 a.m., Sunday service, sanctuary: *Art as a Voice for Social
Justice, *presented
   by Dawn Hewitt. (Yikes!)

   11 a.m., Quaker meeting (MOV Friends), RE parlor.
   -

   Coffee hour!  Social hall. Ends at 1 p.m.
