[Fuusm-l] Regarding FUUSM's annual congregational meeting on April 27...

Hi everyone,

1. FUUSM Board of Trustees Secretary Nancy Luthy asked me to inform/remind
you all that* if you wish to make a motion *on a proposal that requires a
vote at our annual meeting on April 27, it needs to be on the agenda.
Therefore, please get such proposals to Nancy (nancy.luthy at gmail.com)
*ASAP,* and no later than April 11.

2. While I have your attention: Are you a voting member? You are if you
have signed the membership book.* New folks, have you signed the book? *If
so, you can vote, and I hope you will! And if you haven't signed yet,
please talk to me or to a Membership Committee member (Adeline and Mike
Bailey, Cynthia and Darryl Ting, and Elaine Barr). All you have to do to be
a voting member is to sign the book!

3. Finally,* committee chairs* (and that means you, too, Green Sanctuary),
don't forget, I need *your annual reports on or before April 14*, please,
so I can prepare the packets, which is a Big Job.

4. Hope you'll be here on April 27. We take the Democratic process pretty
seriously around here, so if you care about FUUSM, please show it by coming
to the meeting and casting an informed vote. Materials will be forthcoming.
