Announcements:
*All ELVES on deck Sunday! *
Many helpers are needed to decorate FUUSM (both indoors and out) after the
service on Sunday. It's going to be a busy time, with Coffee Hour, the
Holiday Card Workshop, and decorating all going on at the same time.
(Outdoor elves should dress warmly—we expect decorating outdoors to take
about 45 minutes.) Many elf hands make light work!  (*Please be an elf*! We
need your help!)

*Thanksgiving Meals for Community Resource Patrons*
Thanks to those who have volunteered to help distribute Thanksgiving Meals
from Norwood Church to patrons of the Community Resource Center from *11
a.m. to 1 p.m. *(NOTE THE CORRECTED TIME). Nancy Lee and Shari Ballantyne
said exactly the right number of helpers have already volunteered. No
more helpers are needed. KUDOS to Nancy and Shari for coming up with this
plan of genuine community service and interfaith cooperation.

The week ahead:

Tuesday, Nov. 26

   -

   3:30–6:30 p.m., Girl Scout Troop meets in the social hall.
   -

   6:30 p.m., Shari Ballantyne’s game night, social hall.

Thursday, Nov. 28: HAPPY THANKSGIVING! FUUSM Office closed.

   -

   11 a.m.–1 p.m., *meals from Norwood United Methodist Church will be
   served in the social hall to Community Resource Center patrons. *

Sunday, December 1: First day of Advent

   -

   9:30 a.m., Choir practice, sanctuary.
   -

   11 a.m., Sunday service, sanctuary: Keepers of Hope.
   -

   Immediately afterward,* holiday greeting card “workshop,” sanctuary
   decorating,* *outdoor decorating, *and *coffee hour *simultaneously or
   one after the other.* Please help!*!
