*Got a spare vacuum?*
Wendy, our hard-working and thorough building steward, reported this
morning that FUUSM's sanctuary vacuum cleaner is on its last legs wheels.
It still works, but the motor is making a painful squeal. If you have a
*working* vacuum cleaner that you would consider donating, please contact
the church lady. (See the footer of this message.) *(Please DO NOT REPLY *to
this email, or *everyone* will receive it.)

*Pledge Drive Ahead*
     Every year at this time we launch our FUUSM Pledge Drive. You will
soon be receiving a letter and pledge form. Before you respond with your
pledge for the 2024-25 fiscal year, please consider why FUUSM is important
to you: the people, the worship services, what we stand for, the caring
that we provide to members & friends, the model we present to the wider
community. There is value to all that our FUUSM community does. Please
reflect that value in your personal pledge.

   an amicable theological debate with each other.

   9:30 a.m., Today’s Issues discussion group, RE parlor.

   11 a.m, Sunday service, sanctuary: Meditation, with Sara Swisher, guest
   speaker. Ms. Swisher is a retired educator.

   11 a.m., MOV Friends (Quaker) meeting, RE parlor.

   Coffee hour! Social hall. (Ends at 1:30.)
