Why don't sharks eat clowns?

*Will you consider hosting a Circle Supper in 2025?*

FUUSM Circle Suppers are on the 4th Saturday of each month. (We are
skipping December because of the holidays.) Will you consider hosting a
Circle Supper in 2025?  Jan. 25, Feb. 22, March 22, April 26, May 24, June
28, July 26, Aug. 23, Sept. 27, and Oct. 25 are available. The host is
responsible for the basics (the place, eating utensils, etc., and
clean-up). The meal can be planned or truly potluck, or anywhere in
between. Teaming up with other people can make the set-up and clean-up much
easier, and be a lot more fun. The FUUSM Social Hall is available for
Circle Suppers and is a great option (especially for larger groups) because
much of the set-up requirements are already there.  Hosts can also choose
to have a smaller group just around the dining table in their home. If
you're willing to host, please contact Darryl Ting at darrting1 at gmail.com.

   5 p.m., Worship & Music Committee, RE parlor.

Thursday, December 5

   -

   4–8 p.m., Private use of social hall (Cindy Brown)
   -

   Because they smell funny.

Sunday, December 8: Second Sunday of Advent

   -

   9:30 a.m., Choir practice, sanctuary.
   -

   11 a.m., *Sunday service, sanctuary: *Ribbon Ceremony; Worship Leader
   will be Martha McGovern. We will provide ribbons or you may bring your
   own.
   -

   11 a.m., Quaker meeting (MOV Friends), RE parlor.
   -

   Coffee hour!  Social hall. Ends at 1 p.m. Caring Committee will assemble
   bags of cheer for our shut-ins.
