[Fuusm-l] FUUSM annual reports: final two

Friends,

*Last week I emailed you 15 documents*, including (1) the agenda for
Sunday's Annual Congregational Meeting; (2) minutes from last year's Annual
Congregational Meeting; (3) the proposed budget for FY 2024-2025, which
begins July 1, 2024; (4) the long-term bottom line financial trends; (5)
our bank balance sheet; (7) the minister's annual report and sabbatical;
and annual reports from eight FUUSM committee and boards. Attached are two
more reports:
#15 Membership committee annual report
#16 Board of Trustees annual report

For our annual meeting on Sunday, I will print out 30 copies of (1) the
agenda and (3) the proposed budget for FY 24–25. *I will not print out
other documents or complete packet**s except by request by 1 p.m. tomorrow
(Friday, April 26)**.* Printing entire packets would take a tree's worth of
paper (and the Green Sanctuary Committee co-chair has asked me to do it by
request only).

If you want a printed copy of the entire packet or of specific documents,
please email that request to fuusm.office at gmail.com. *DO NOT REPLY TO THIS
EMAIL. *

Hope to see all signed, active members for the meeting on Sunday
immediately following the service. It's important.

Also note: Because of the annual meeting, there will be NO COFFEE HOUR on
Sunday.
