[Fuusm-l] June Circle Supper and Sternwheeler Cruise

FUUSM Community,

There will not be a May Circle Supper … no one volunteered to host it.

But there has been a good hosting response for the months that are further
out. Of the six
openings for the rest of the year, four are filled … August and November
are still open. Let me
know if you can host either of those months.

Mark your calendars … the June Circle Supper will be hosted by the team of
George and Gwen
Banziger, Debrah Miller, and Jim Grecni on June 17 at the Banzigers’ home
in Devola. There is
a size limit of 20 guests. Note that this is the NOT THE NORMAL second
Saturday of the
month. The Circle Supper date has been shifted back a week to avoid
conflicting with the
Sternwheeler Cruise scheduled for June 11 … a service auction item.

And speaking of the Sternwheeler Cruise on Sunday, June 11, there are still
tickets available.
FUUSM Members, Family & Friends are Welcome! A group of donors got together
to cover the
costs involved, so all ticket proceeds go to FUUSM. Tickets are $30 per
person. This will be an
early evening (5-7pm) cruise with hors d’oeuvres, refreshments, and a cash
bar. So bring your
friends and enjoy this special cruise on the Valley Gem Sternwheeler along
your home town rivers. To
make reservations, make checks payable to FUUSM with Notation: Valley Gem
Cruise. Drop off or mail
your payment by Sunday May 21, to FUUSM, 232 Third Street, Marietta, OH.
