[Fuusm-l] Bruce is at the hospital

I received the following text message from Virginia about Bruce's situation
which she asked me to share with the men's group and meditation group, but
I thought I would send it to everyone...

I’m  @ mmh hospital advocating for Bruce. He fell & broke his hip Saturday
nite. On Sunday morning. Dr Tokodi performed what appears to be successful
Stryker Gamma Nail procedure to repair intertrochanteric fracture w
displacement. Shortly before was to be transported to Encompass Rehab in
Parkersburg Monday 5:30 ( could not go to first choice SELBY due to Covid
lockdown)a cascade of post op complications starting w tachycardia have
ensued. We are working through the setbacks, but it has been challenging.
Yesterday we got very disappointing chest & abdominal cat-scan results. He
is confined to bed w NPO since last nite. Pain is being managed. Please -
at this time - No calls or visits yet. Cards sent to our home address would
