Good evening everyone,

  The finance Committee has set the date for the yard sale to be August the ninth of this year.

  So go through your things, and place a price on all of your items.

  Gently clean used furniture always brings in money. I therefore grant you permission to buy that new piece of furniture you have been wanting (you deserve it) and donate the old one for the yard sale .

  And when was the last time you used that lawnmower or chainsaw?

  Please no junk (you know that game with missing pieces, napkins with stains ,a table with a big gashes, or that very lovely bowl with chips in it). 

 Did I mention help? Please do. You will feel great for doing it. I think we should thrive for every one only doing 2 hours.
