[Fuusm-l] Actions of Immediate Witness

Hello, all,

Delegates to this year's GA are being asked to select three of a proposed six Actions of Immediate Witness to be considered for adoption by the denomination; we need to submit our votes by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, June 14. In case you did not know, an AIW is a statement about a significant action, event, or development in the world that necessitates immediate engagement and action among UU member congregations and groups. The three with the most support in a small-group discussion after coffee hour today were the AIWs on health equity, a path to citizenship for Dreamers, and support for the Ukrainian people in their resistance to the Russian invasion. But we were a small group, so before we vote, you are invited to share which three AIWs you would like to put forward.

I will also be sending out an email asking for your input on a business resolution to be voted on at this year's meeting.
