    You will soon be receiving by USPS the annual pledge letter and pledge
form. The pledge form is individualized to  you so that you can check your
contact information and see the pledge you made last year for this year's
budget.

     I have attached a copy of the pledge letter and the general version of
the pledge form.

     Please note the various ways that you may return your complete pledge
form.
